We have been handling Malleable Iron Pipe Fittings for over 20 years, having an annual output of more than 3000 tons. We mainly produce British Standard, American Standard and German Standard malleable fittings. Our SDH brand galvanized and black pipe fittings are being largely exported to European and American markets, and have received good reputation from oversea customers. Our company uses electric stove to melt the raw iron materials, and use automatic electrothermal furnace in annealing process. The galvanizing section is also operated by electrothermal type. These equipments make the material and product quality very steady. The products have already been widely used in the pipe linkage of gas, water, electricity and oil. They have precise dimensions and good mechanical performance. The sizes are available from 1/8” to 6”.
Our company also produces European and American type couplings and clamps, and manufactures other cast parts according to customers’ drawings or samples.
